A little art.
A whole world.
Bring your layers. Find your mix. Turn your artwork into a unique NFT collection, right in your browser. All for free.

A few layers.
So much character.
You bring the ingredients. Puffles puts them together. Here’s how your artwork becomes a collection of originals.

Every original starts with your art.
Add your transparent trait images in folders. Put backgrounds at the bottom and accessories on top. Puffles combines one trait from each layer.
Try it with a starter projectMix real image layers and download your result. No sign-in needed.
Rarity, your way

Same roots.
Different personalities.
A different hat. A new material. Small changes make a collection feel alive.
What Puffles does.
And what it doesn’t.
Puffles Studio is a free NFT collection generator: it turns folders of trait layers into up to 20,000 unique images with OpenSea-style metadata, in your browser or with a free cloud build.
Every picture, checked
It counts different pictures, not just lists of traits, and knows when a trait that covers others would make two NFTs look the same.
OpenSea’s drop sheet, done
Every export includes opensea_Metadata.csv, laid out like OpenSea’s own example file.
No minting, no hosting
It doesn’t mint, deploy a contract or host files. You get PNG or JPEG images and metadata to take wherever you like.
Give your art
its moment.
Make the cover. Create the announcement. Turn your collection into a visual world people remember.
Big ideas.
No big bill.
Your creativity should set the limit. Every creation tool is included, from the first trait to the final export.
See what’s includedYes. Import traits, set rarity, generate your collection on your device or in the cloud, and download full-resolution images and metadata without subscriptions, export fees, or watermarks. External hosting and minting services may charge their own fees.
A quick sign-in, yes. The studio asks for one before you start, with your email or a wallet: no password, no fee. Signing in sends none of your artwork anywhere. Projects are saved in this browser on this device, and project backups let you move your work elsewhere. A wallet is never required.
Only if you choose it. Building on your device happens in your browser and uploads nothing. A cloud build, which you pick at the export step, uploads your trait images to make the collection, keeps the results for a few days, then deletes them.
Your PNG or JPEG artwork, individual JSON metadata, combined metadata, OpenSea CSV, and a rarity report. Everything arrives in one ZIP with your collection settings, the same from your device or the cloud. A cloud build can also go straight into a folder you choose.
The planner supports up to 20,000 unique artworks, subject to the combinations your traits allow. Large collections need more time and memory on your device, so supported browsers can write exports directly to disk. Or choose a cloud build and let a fast machine make them; the export step shows how many it takes.
Yes. There is no per-NFT fee, no watermark and nothing to pay at any size up to 20,000. Build it on your device, or with a free cloud build (the export step shows how many a cloud build can make). Your traits just need to allow enough different combinations, and the studio tells you when they don’t.
No. Puffles makes your images and metadata files. It doesn’t mint, deploy a contract or host your files. When you’re ready, upload the images to a host you choose, set their address in the studio, and mint with the service you prefer.
Puffles writes OpenSea-style metadata for Ethereum and the chains that work like it (EVM chains): one JSON file per NFT with its name, description, image and traits, plus OpenSea’s drop spreadsheet. It doesn’t write the formats other kinds of chains use.
Yes, where your phone’s browser lets you choose a folder of images. Pick Build in the cloud at the export step, so a fast machine makes the images instead of your phone. You can also start on a computer and open your project backup from My collections on the phone.
No. You draw the traits, one folder of images for each trait type, and Puffles combines them into a collection. It never invents artwork of its own.
