Building on your device uploads nothing
The generator reads files that you select or drop into it. Trait images, project settings, and previews are processed in your browser, and so is the export when you build on your device. The studio does not upload these project files anywhere unless you choose a cloud build. Downloading an export or project backup saves it to a location managed by your browser or selected by you.
What a cloud build stores
A cloud build happens only when you choose it at the export step, and only once you have signed in. Your trait images and collection settings are uploaded to the studio’s build service, which makes your collection. The uploaded images and the finished files are kept for a few days (the export step shows exactly how many) and are then deleted. Every build gets a private link, and anyone who has that link can open the build and download its files until they are deleted, so share it only with people you trust.
Signing in to use the studio
The studio now asks you to sign in before you can use it at all, with your email address or a wallet: no password, no payment details, no fee. Sign-in is handled by Privy, which processes the email address or wallet address you sign in with. Signing in sends no artwork anywhere: your trait images, settings, and previews stay in this browser unless you choose a cloud build. The build service never receives your email or wallet address, only your sign-in ID, a random identifier from Privy. It uses that ID to keep your uploads and builds together and to list your cloud builds on any device you sign in on. On the generator, My collections, and cloud build pages, Privy’s sign-in code loads and talks to Privy directly, even before you sign in.
Who runs what
The site is hosted on Vercel. Cloud builds run on Railway: the build service, its file storage, and its database. Nothing about the collections you build on your device reaches Vercel, Railway, or Privy.
What the database keeps
For each cloud build, the database keeps the build’s private link, its collection name and size, the date it was made, and a code made from your sign-in ID, which ties the build to you. That entry is removed about a day after the build’s files are deleted.
What this browser stores
The studio uses IndexedDB to save your collections, including imported images, settings, and preview covers. It uses local storage to remember your light or dark theme preference and, once you use a cloud build, the private links to your builds, the name and size of a collection whose upload is under way, and a random number that lets an interrupted upload carry on without sending anything twice. When you sign in, Privy keeps your sign-in in this browser until you sign out. Your saved collections stay in this browser: signing in does not copy them anywhere.
What the website needs to load
Your browser requests the application, fonts, and sample artwork from the site’s host, Vercel. As with other websites, the host can receive technical request information, such as an IP address and browser details. The studio includes no advertising trackers and no analytics of its own.
Your choices
Remove an individual project from My collections, or clear this site’s browser storage to remove all locally stored projects and preferences. This does not remove files you downloaded separately. Cloud build files are deleted on their own after a few days. To sign out, use the button showing your email or wallet at the top of the generator, My collections, or cloud build page. Download project backups before clearing browser storage if you want to keep your work.

Links to Puffles Market or another service open a separate site. That service’s privacy practices apply when you visit it. The generator does not transfer your trait images through those links.
