Using the studio
Puffles Studio is a browser-based tool for generating artwork collections and related files. To use it, you sign in with your email address or a wallet. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. You must have the legal capacity to enter into these terms, or use the service with the involvement of a parent or guardian where required.
Your artwork and your rights
You retain your rights in the original artwork and other content you import. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to use, reproduce, combine, and distribute that content. Using the generator does not give you rights to another person’s artwork, trademarks, likeness, or other protected material. Puffles Studio does not claim ownership of your imported artwork or generated collection.
Free generation and external services
The current generation and creative tools, cloud builds included, are free to use. They do not mint tokens, deploy contracts, or publish artwork to a blockchain or public hosting service. A cloud build, only when you choose it, uploads your trait images to the studio’s build service to make your collection. External hosting, minting, marketplaces, and networks may charge fees and have separate terms. You choose whether to use them.
Your projects and backups
The studio processes project artwork on your device, unless you choose a cloud build, and stores saved projects in your browser. Browser storage is not a guaranteed backup and may be unavailable, cleared, or evicted. Cloud build files are deleted after a few days. You are responsible for downloading and retaining project backups, downloading cloud build files before they are deleted, and checking your exports before using or distributing them.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to infringe others’ rights, distribute unlawful material, impersonate another person deceptively, deliver malicious code, or interfere with the service. You are responsible for the content you create and how you use it.
Output and availability
Review your artwork, rarity, metadata, and image addresses before publishing or minting. Results depend on the source files, settings, and the capabilities of your device. The service may change or be temporarily unavailable. To the extent permitted by applicable law, it is provided as available without a guarantee that it will meet every requirement or operate without errors.
Responsibility
You are responsible for your publishing and minting decisions, including any transactions with external services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law. The studio does not promise a market value, sale, or financial return for any collection.
Changes and contact
